Go Deep Blue is a campaign launched by The Standard Maldives to encourage everyone to appreciate the Maldives' marine biodiversity in sustainable, environmentally responsible ways.

The Standard Maldives has launched a 3-month program, for tourists to explore the varied aquatic life of the Maldives, and that also just in time for Manta Season! Head on over to Hanifaru Bay with the resort crew, and snorkel with the giant, friendly manta rays. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for the magnificent whale sharks, since this Bay has been designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve due to the abundance of species found here.

 

You can also opt for Starlight Snorkeling, heading out at night to witness the marine life that emerges in the dark (with a flashlight, of course), and to admire the glittering stars in the night sky.

 

In addition to this, the resort also provides introductory as well as advanced diving sessions and courses, for guests to enjoy no matter how experienced they are in the water.

 

 

Sunset Dolphin Cruise

A picnic basket will be provided with your own choice of snacks and booze!
